out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Weak to moderate onshore flow will persist today, increasing to
moderate to strong levels tonight, especially in offshore waters.
Winds will weaken during the day Monday as a cold front
approaches the region. Isolated to scattered showers and storms
will likely develop in the afternoon. The front will move
offshore Monday evening. Moderate to occasionally strong offshore
flow  could result in a period of Small Craft Advisory conditions
Monday night, before tapering to weak to moderate Tuesday and
Wednesday. After a few showers or thunderstorms Tuesday and
Wednesday,  onshore flow resumes Wednesday night with dry
conditions.
