offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A ridge will build E across
the region tonight into Sat. A strong cold front will sweep E
across the waters Sat night and Sun. An area of low pressure will
ride NE along the front Sun, passing by just to the S of the
waters, before moving well E and NE of the waters Sun night into
Mon night. A series of weak secondary troughs will move across
the waters Mon and Mon night. High pressure will build offshore
to the S of the area Tue and Tue night, extending a ridge N
across the waters. The ridge will move E of the area early Wed,
with another cold front moving E through the region Wed and Wed
night.
