This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...south
central...southwest and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Day 1 Discussion

Additional lightning, small hail and locally heavy rain producing
thunderstorms may develop this afternoon. Additional marginally
severe thunderstorms are possible in the far west early this
evening, moving in from Colorado.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Days 2-7 Discussion
-------------------

Late day strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday
evening, moving into Kansas from Colorado in the very late
afternoon or early evening. A greater risk for severe
thunderstorm with large hail and damaging wind is possible late
Friday and Friday night.

Fire weather risk will become Significant in the far west by
Friday afternoon.
