  Entrance to the Chesapeake Bay including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge
Tunnel...

  Coastal Waters from Parramore Island to the VA/NC Border out 20
NM...

At 523 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
over 4th Island Bay Bridge, moving northeast at 30 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal,
Plantation Light, Anglo African Wreck, Virginia Beach Oceanfront,
Cape Henry, Ship Shoal Inlet, Quinby Inlet, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships,
Lynnhaven, Great Machipongo Inlet, Sand Shoal Inlet, Fishermans
Island, Cape Charles Light, Cape Henry Wreck, Cabbage Patch, Rudee
Inlet, 4th Island Bay Bridge and Parramore Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
waves...and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
