West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will build E over
the region through tonight, before shifting E of the area Wed and
Wed night. Broad low pressure will approach the Mid-Atlantic
coast tonight into Wed, then slowly move E across the waters Wed
night and Thu while pulling a cold front over the area. The low
will then weaken while drifting E over the N portion Thu night
through Sat night as the cold front moves well E of the waters. A
weak high pressure ridge will build E over the S waters Fri
behind the system and then shift E of the region Fri night. Then
another low will move E over the area Sat and Sat night.
