Fire Weather Planning Forecast For West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
342 AM CDT Tue May 22 2018

.DISCUSSION...
Near to below normal temperatures are expected the rest of this week
keeping minimum relative humidities high and the fire weather threat
low. There will be a chance for lightning across the area the next
few days, especially this morning, which could cause some ignitions
but the threat for rapid spread will be low. Overnight recovery will
be good to excellent. The next elevated fire weather threat time
period will be this weekend into early next week.
