chance of mixed rain and snow during the middle to late afternoon.
.TONIGHT...SW wind 15 to 25 kts shifting N and increasing to 30
kts during the evening. A few gale force gusts around 35 kts
likely. Waves 5 to 8 ft. Freezing spray, possibly heavy. Light
snow in the evening, transitioning to snow showers after midnight.
.THURSDAY...N wind to 30 kts with gale force gusts around 35 kts,
backing NW at 10 to 20 kts during the afternoon. Waves 5 to 8 ft.
Heavy freezing spray, possibly heavy. A chance of snow showers.
