4 ft in the afternoon. A slight chance of freezing drizzle in the
afternoon. A small craft advisory may be needed.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...W wind 10 to 20 kts veering NW in the late
evening and overnight. Waves 2 to 4 ft. Mostly cloudy.
.WEDNESDAY...N wind 10 to 20 kts decreasing to around 5 kts early
