...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN HARLAN AND
SOUTHWESTERN LETCHER COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT...

At 421 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Oscaloosa to Kingdom Come S.P. to Totz.
Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cumberland, Lynch, Benham, Oscaloosa, Flint, Oven Fork, Totz, Black
Bottom, Louellen, Dongola, Lewis Creek, Defeated Creek, Kingdom Come
S.P., Gilley, Kings Creek, Highsplint, Clutts, Big Black Mountain,
Partridge, and Maggard.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
