...Patchy dense fog across the Upper Savannah Valley this

Patchy dense fog has developed across the Upper Savannah Valley
ahead of an area of incoming low pressure. This fog may persist
through mid-morning, but as rain spreads from Georgia into South
Carolina over the next few hours, visibilities should improve.
Motorists should exercise caution this morning by slowing down,
leaving extra distance between vehicles, and using low beams.
