New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
near coastal Maine will remain over the area today and will shift
NE tonight. An area of low pressure centered about 300 nm S of
Georges Bank will remain S of the region while moving NE today.
The low will move well NE of the area tonight into Sun. Weak high
pressure will build in across New England late Sun, then build to
the coast Sun night and Mon. The high will shift E of the area
Mon night into Tue night ahead of the next approaching cold
front. The cold front will move offshore Wed and Wed night as
broad low pressure develops and passes just S of the waters.
