.DISCUSSION...Light northerly winds will shift to southeast to southerly
by afternoon as high pressure east of the burn site dominates. Relatively
light surface and transport winds will bring generally good dispersions today.
More organized southerly flow Friday will bring higher dispersions, with good
dispersions expected.

Fog potential and other remarks...Patchy light fog is possible this morning,
then again later tonight.
