.DISCUSSION...Good morning. Unseasonably hot with near record high
temperatures will combine with low humidity and a southwest wind flow
to produce a very sensitive fire weather day. The sea breeze will develop
along the coast and will push very slowly inland but it is not forecast
to reach the burn site, though it will get close between 6pm and 8pm.
A prevailing South breeze this morning will turn Southwest by afternoon
with speeds increasing 10 to 14 mph with some higher gusts. Dispersion
values will become Excellent this afternoon due to a deep mixed-layer.
