West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will shift SE of
the area tonight. A cold front will move SE across the N waters
Wed, then stall across the central portions Wed night and Thu.
The front will lift back N through the waters as a warm front Thu
night and Fri. Another cold front will approach the coast Fri,
then move E across the area Fri night and Sat. A high pressure
ridge will build E across the waters Sat and Sat night, then
persist into Sun night. Another weak cold front will move into
the far northern portions Sun night.
