West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front will move
across the waters today and tonight, then stall just S of the
area Thu and Thu night. A strong high pressure will build to the
coast tonight and Thu, settle across the northern portions Thu
night into Fri, then will shift NE of the region Fri night. Low
pressure will develop along the SE coast late Fri into Fri night,
then strengthen while tracking NE along the eastern seaboard Sat
and Sat night. The low will pull a strong cold front across the
waters later Sat and Sat night. High pressure will briefly build
across the southern portions Sun, then shift E of the area Sun
night. Another strong cold front will move into the northern and
central waters Sun night.
