West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak warm over the far NE
waters will pass N of the area tonight while weakening. Low
pressure located 90 nm E of Cape Henry this evening will track E
and NE across the waters tonight through Mon night, and pass E of
the area Tue. A high pressure ridge will build over the southern
waters from the E tonight, expand slightly to the N Mon into Tue
night, then retreat to the S and SE Wed through Thu night. A cold
front will approach the Mid Atlc coast from the W Wed night, and
move SE across the northern waters Thu. The front will move over
the central waters Thu night and stall, then continue Fri and Fri
night as a high pressure ridge builds SE across the northern
waters.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W

20 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft. Chance of showers and slight chance of
