West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak high pressure will build E
across the area today and tonight, then shift E of the waters Mon
and Mon night. A cold front will move over the northern waters
Mon and Mon night, move into the central waters Tue, then stall
Tue night while weakening. A high pressure ridge will pass E
across the northern waters Tue and Tue night. Low pressure will
develop near the Mid Atlantic coast Wed, then rapidly intensify
while clearing N of the waters Wed night. The low will pull a
strong cold front across the waters Wed and Wed night. Another
high pressure will build E towards the coast Thu and Thu night.
