A high pressure system will generally prevail across the district
with a period of weak offshore winds developing late Wednesday into
Thursday. Temperatures will hold nearly steady then  slowly cool
over the weekend and early next week.

Dry weather along interior above normal  temperatures will continue
through early next week. Winds will be light and terrain driven
today. Daytime RH`s values from 20%-40%  today and persist through
the weekend, with moderate humidity  recoveries. Coastal stratus
expected to return early Friday morning as offshore flow subside. A
weak front will bring mostly increasing cloud cover, and breezy WNW
winds this weekend.
