Locally gusty north winds will develop in the hills tonight and
continue into Tuesday morning. Strongest winds are  expected across
the higher elevations of Napa County. North winds will bring drier
air into the district tonight and Tuesday. Winds will turn back
onshore by Tuesday night and Wednesday, resulting  in higher
humidity. Another round of gusty north winds are  possible in the
hills from late Wednesday night through Thursday  night.

Dry weather with warming temperatures expected today into Tuesday.
Locally gusty north to east wind possible in the foothills and
mountains tonight into tomorrow morning. Pacific storm moves
through Tuesday night and Wednesday bringing a threat of showers  to
mainly the northern and eastern foothills and mountains. High
pressure rebuilds Thursday into Friday with some breezy north to
east wind.
