Fire Weather Planning Forecast For West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
352 AM CST Mon Nov 18 2019

.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees warmer today with clear skies
and adequate mixing which will allow RH values to fall to near 15%
in some areas. However, 20 ft winds should remain light region-wide
which will keep fire weather concerns at a minimum. Good to very
good overnight recovery is anticipated. Another warm and dry day
is expected on Tuesday before moisture and rain chances return
to the area Tuesday night into Wednesday.
