...PATCHY DENSE SEA FOG TO CONTINUE THROUGH NOON...

Patchy dense sea fog continues to impact across all the coastal
waters, though conditions are slowly improving this morning.
Mariners should be prepared for abrupt changes in visibility, with
visibility reduced to one nautical mile or less at times through
noon.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Make sure all running
lights are on. Remember to use your radar and compass.
