Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
231 PM EDT Sat Oct 24 2020

.DISCUSSION...Beautiful weather across the region this afternoon
will give way to copious cloud cover ahead of an advancing
cold front overnight tonight. Rain chances will increase starkly
as we head into the middle of the night, and will taper to scattered
showers tomorrow afternoon. A wedge pattern may set up as we head into
Sunday night, with low mixing heights and clouds possible on Monday.
Winds will be southerly tomorrow morning, shifting out of the north
and east by Sunday night and Monday.

Fog potential for tonight: Unlikely.
