and north coastal Georgia...
Hurricane Isaias is expected to strengthen to a strong hurricane
as it approaches the northern Gulf Coast on Friday. Although the
center of the storm will remain well west of the region,
increasing winds and building seas are expected through this
weekend. In addition, thunderstorms may yield periods of limited
visibility and a threat for waterspouts.
