...LOW WIND CHILLS AND NEAR RECORD COLD THIS MORNING...

Temperatures falling into the upper 20s to lower 30s combined with
brisk north winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 to 30 mph will
produce wind chills in the upper teens to mid 20s this morning.
This level of cold is unusual for mid-November and precautions
should be taken if you plan to venture outside. This is especially
true for children waiting for school buses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be sure to dress in warm clothes before you head outside. Wear
hats, gloves, and scarves. Remember, half your body heat is lost
if the head is not covered.
