This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
Showers and storms are possible throughout the day and into the
evening across the area. Severe thunderstorms are not expected at
this time. The main threat from any storm would be lightning and
isolated heavy rain.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
An active pattern continues through the weekend, with occasional
chances of thunderstorms. The most likely chances of storms will
be Saturday night into Sunday, with some strong to severe storms
possible during that time over eastern Iowa and northeast
Missouri.
