This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Light snow will move through portions of eastern Iowa, northeast
Missouri and western Illinois this morning, with fluffy accumulations
under 1 inch possible. Roads during the morning commute may
become slick in spots. Snow will end before Noon today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Following a mild brisk Wednesday, a powerful cold front will
arrive in the late afternoon and evening hours. Strong north wind
gusts could reach 45 mph behind this front. In addition, expect sharply
falling temperatures into the single digits and lower teens. By
Thursday morning, wind chills in the -10 to zero range will be
found over the area.
