.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A cold front will push off the coast this morning with moderate
to strong northeast winds developing in its wake Thursday
morning. These elevated winds should persist across the offshore
waters through late Thursday afternoon. Onshore winds should
return to the area and strengthen Friday through Saturday.
