.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Moderate to locally fresh trade winds will steadily decline as a
surface trough strengthens north of Kauai. The trough will expand
over the islands by Friday, disrupting the winds and bringing a
threat of strong thunderstorms into Saturday. Easterly trade
winds will slowly rebuild Sunday and Monday.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet. Wave
Detail: East 4 feet at 7 seconds. Isolated showers.
.THURSDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet. Wave
Detail: East 3 feet at 7 seconds and south southwest 3 feet at 17
seconds. Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East to southeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming
variable Kauai waters. Seas 3 to 4 feet. Wave Detail: East 3 feet
at 7 seconds and south southwest 3 feet at 16 seconds. Scattered
showers.
.FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots Big
Island and Maui County waters. Variable winds up to 10 knots Oahu
and Kauai waters. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Wave Detail: East 3 feet at 7
seconds, north northwest 3 feet at 10 seconds and south southwest
3 feet at 15 seconds. Scattered showers with a chance of
thunderstorms.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet. Scattered
showers with a chance of thunderstorms.
.SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY...East to southeast winds 10 to 15
knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet. Scattered showers.
