.DISCUSSION...
A warming and drying trend will continue through early Tuesday
with relative humidities in the upper teens to low 30 percent
range. Unsettled weather returns Tuesday afternoon with a 10-30%
chance of thunderstorms followed by an increasing chance (30-80%)
for widespread wetting rains on Wednesday. General winds increase
on Tuesday with sustained winds 10 to 20 mph. Stronger westerly
winds are expected on Wednesday with sustained speeds 15 to 25 mph
and gusts 20 to 40 mph.
