Hazardous Weather Outlook
National Weather Service Topeka KS
400 AM CST Tue Feb 25 2020

400 AM CST Tue Feb 25 2020

This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Accumulating snow is possible today and this evening. Areas along
and south of a line from Minneapolis to Council grove and Ottawa
have the better chances for minor accumulations. However there is
some potential for snow showers to quickly reduce visibilities
with heavy snow and gusty winds. This would adversely impact
travel even though snow amounts are likely to remain minor.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotters are encouraged to report the type of winter
precipitation falling and any accumulations to the National
Weather Service in Topeka.
