For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure 30.30 inches will build across the
Great Lakes today and remain over the eastern Great Lakes through
Wednesday. Low pressure 29.70 inches over the Gulf Coast states on
Thursday will deepen to 29.20 inches as it moves northeast along
Appalachians on Friday. A trough averaging 29.60 inches will
linger across the lake Saturday.
