.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong low pressure center just
NE of the far NE waters this morning will track NE and move away
from the area today and tonight. A trailing cold front extends SW
and then W to a developing low off the South Carolina coast. The
low will strengthen while tracking NE over the southern and
central waters today, and the eastern portions of the central and
northern waters tonight. The low will move NE away from the area
Sun and Sun night. A second cold front will move E to the Mid-
Atlantic coast this afternoon, then cross the northern waters
this evening, tonight into Sun while merging with the other
front. A cold front trailing behind that low will become
stationary across the far southern waters Sun night through Tue
night before dissipating Wed or Wed night. High pressure will
gradually build E across the central waters Sun night into Tue,
and weaken by Tue night as a weakening cold front moves E across
the northern waters. High pressure will rebuild over the central
and N waters Wed, and then begin to slowly weaken Wed night.
