West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Subtropical Storm Beryl E of the
northern waters near 38.1N 64.7W at 15Z this morning, will move
NE to 39.0N 63.4W by 00Z Mon, weaken to a post- tropical cyclone
near 40.8N 61.1W by 12Z Mon, then continue to weaken and move NE
of the area to near 43.2N 58.6W by 00Z Tue. See the latest

Otherwise, a stationary front across the NE waters, just W of
Beryl, will dissipate today. A high pressure ridge will slowly
drift E across the waters today and tonight, and shift E of the
area Mon and Mon night. A cold front will approach the coast Tue
and Tue night, pass SE across the northern and central waters Wed
into Wed night, and then stall over the central and southern
portions later Wed night through Thu night as high pressure
builds just NW of the area.
