West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will build across
the area today, then weaken tonight while shifting E of the
region. Developing low pressure will move off the coast near the
Virginia Capes early Thu, and then slowly track NE over the
waters Thu into Thu night while pulling a cold front across the
area. The low will move N and NE near the New England coast Fri
and Fri night, and then will track E across Georges Bank Sat
before finally accelerating NE Sat night. High pressure will
build across the area late Fri night, then shift E of the waters
Sat. Another low will move off the SE coast later Sat, then move
E across the central and southern portions Sun and Sun night.
