.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
California coast will persist through Sat then weaken Sat night
into Sun night. A high pressure ridge over the waters will
persist into Sun night. The ridge will shift SE over the central
and southern waters Mon and Mon night as a weakening cold front
approaches and then enters the northern waters early Tue. High
pressure will rebuild over the waters Tue and Tue night.
