.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front over the north
waters will become stationary today. Low pressure will develop
along the front just southwest of the area tonight, then track
northeast into Sun. The cold front will move into the central
waters late tonight and Sun, and the south waters Sunday night
while weakening. High pressure will build W of the N waters Sun
and Sun night, then continue across the N portion Mon through Tue
night. A low pressure trough will develop along the coast Mon,
then persist into Wed night.
