.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Weak low pressure located near
36N 134W, W of the central California waters, will drift SE
tonight into Thu night, then dissipate just W of the southern
portion Fri. A high pressure ridge will rebuild to the NW of the
area Fri night, and persist Sat through Mon night, as a low
pressure trough develops along the coast and slowly intensifies.
