.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist across the central and S waters today through Tue night,
then weaken Wed and Wed night. A cold front will move over the N
waters today and stall, then lift back N of the area as a warm
front tonight. Another cold front will approach the N waters Sun,
stall just N of the area Sun night, then lift well N of the
region as a warm front Mon. Yet another cold front will move SE
across the waters Mon night into Wed night while slowly
weakening.
