.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front moving over the
northern waters will weaken as it moves into the central waters
later tonight, then dissipate across the central or southern
waters Tue. High pressure that is building over the northern
areas tonight and Tue will slowly weaken later Wed into Thu night
while persisting to the W and NW of the N and central waters. The
high pressure ridge will drift further S into the central waters
Fri and Fri night and drift W of the waters through Sat and Sat
night. A low pressure trough will persist along the California
coast and then weaken Wed night before dissipating later Thu.
