.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge extending
into the central and northern waters will persist today and
tonight, then drift W Mon through Wed night. A low pressure
trough will develop along the coast late today, slowly
strengthen through Tue night, and persist through Wed night, then
weaken Thu and Thu night.
