.DISCUSSION...Skies will be mostly cloudy today ahead of an
approaching upper level trough and cold front. Warm west winds
will increase ahead of the front during the day. Scattered showers
will develop in the afternoon, and a thunderstorm is possible.
Winds will shift in the early evening, becoming northwest or
north.

A cool and moist period is expected for Thursday through
Saturday, with periods of showers, and mostly light east winds.
While there`s some chance of snow showers throughout, the most
likely time for light snow is Friday night into Saturday morning.
Smoke dispersal will likely remain poor through this period.
Warmer and breezy conditions are expected starting Sunday, with
better smoke dispersal.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Slight chance of rain showers
                    after 1300 until 1500, then chance of rain
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.
CWR.................14 percent.
Chance of pcpn......40 percent.

Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. West winds 12-18 mph with gusts to
