The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Delaware Bay...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 418 PM EDT, showers capable of producing waterspouts were
  located along a line extending from near Fortesque Beach to Miah
  Maull Light to near Bowers Beach, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fortesque Beach, Brown Shoal Light, Fourteen Foot Bank Light,
  Slaughter Beach, East Point, Bowers Beach, Miah Maull Light,
  Brandywine Shoal Light, Cross Ledge Light, and Cape May Point.
