.THE 2019 SUMMER SEASON SAW NEAR NORMAL TEMPERATURES WITH ABOVE
NORMAL PRECIPITATION AT INTERNATIONAL FALLS MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SUMMER SEASON WAS 63.0 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 0.1 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 63.1 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST
TEMPERATURE FOR THE SUMMER WAS 92 DEGREES ON JUNE 7TH. THE LOWEST
TEMPERATURE WAS 29 DEGREES ON JUNE 2ND. NO MONTHLY TEMPERATURE
RECORDS WERE BROKEN THIS SUMMER.

THE SUMMER OF 2019 WAS ABOVE NORMAL FOR PRECIPITATION WITH A TOTAL
OF 11.64 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS RECORDED FOR THE SEASON. THIS
WAS 1.21 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 10.43 INCHES. THE GREATEST DAILY
PRECIPITATION OCCURRED ON JULY 17TH WHERE 2.21 INCHES WAS RECORDED.
AT LEAST 0.01 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL ON 35 DAYS. AT LEAST 0.10
INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL ON 21 DAYS. AT LEAST 0.50 INCHES OF
PRECIPITATION FELL ON 7 DAYS. AT LEAST 1 INCH FELL ON 4 DAYS. NO
MONTHLY PRECIPITATION RECORDS WERE BROKEN THIS SUMMER.

THE AVERAGE WIND SPEED FOR THE SUMMER WAS 5.5 MPH. THE HIGHEST
SUSTAINED WIND OCCURRED ON JUNE 4TH AND AUGUST 20TH WITH A SPEED OF

THE OUTLOOK FOR FALL...NORMAL HIGHS START IN THE LOW 70S IN EARLY
SEPTEMBER AND BY THE END OF NOVEMBER NORMAL HIGHS COOL TO THE MID
20S. NORMAL LOWS START IN THE UPPER 40S IN EARLY SEPTEMBER AND COOL
TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO BY LATE NOVEMBER. NORMAL
PRECIPITATION FOR THE FALL IS 6.45 INCHES. NORMAL SNOWFALL FOR THE
FALL IS 16.0 INCHES. THE LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK
INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE TILTED TOWARD ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND
SLIGHTLY TILTED TOWARD ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION.
