.DISCUSSION...
South winds will increase through the day. While surface based
inversion will erode through early afternoon, a strong inversion
at 2000 to 3000 feet is expected to be maintained through the day
as high clouds limit heating/mixing. Gusty south to southwest winds
will persist tonight into Sunday with a strong shift to westerly
then northerly Sunday night and Monday.
