.DISCUSSION...A dry and stable north-northeast flow aloft will
remain over the burn site Tuesday. Transport winds for smoke
dispersal will decrease from today, though clearing indices
should remain sufficiently high for burn operations during
the early and mid-afternoon timeframe. A dry/stable air mass
will remain in place Wednesday, though a slight increase in
transport winds from the northwest will push the clearing
index slightly higher during the afternoon hours.
