Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Broad low pressure over the S
waters will move slowly E and inland tonight. High pressure will
persist W of the central waters tonight through Sat night.
Another weak low pressure will move across the N waters and move
inland tonight. Another low pressure area will move across the
waters N of the region Sat and Sat night. The associated cold
front will move S over the N waters Sat and central waters Sat
night before dissipating. High pressure will build in across the
central and N waters Sun and persist into Mon. Meanwhile, a
coastal trough will develop Sat night and intensify Sun and Sun
night along the central and S coasts. The next cold front will
approach NW of the area Mon and Mon night, enter the northern
waters early Tue, and weaken across the central waters Tue night.
High pressure will build eastward Wed and Wed night.
