This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

Accumulating snow will occur across much of the OutLook Area through
the evening commute and tonight, before tapering off after
midnight. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for much of the
area where 2 to 4 inches of snow could fall. The heavier snowfall
amounts will fall south of an Iowa City, to Galesburg Illinois
line

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

Accumulating snow is likely again late Friday night into
Saturday. There is the potential for several inches to fall, with
current indications suggesting areas south of Interstate 80 the
more favorable areas for the higher accumulations.

Very cold air will move into the region this weekend, with wind
chills between 20 below to 30 below zero possible late Saturday
night into Sunday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed tonight. However, Snowfall
reports over one inch would be appreciated.
