This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Winds chills of 10 to 20 below zero will be seen late tonight
north of a Freeport, Illinois to Sigourney, Iowa line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A storm system will move through the area late Sunday night into
Monday night. Rain will overspread the area before changing to a
rain snow mix on Monday. It is too early to determine any
potential snow amounts.
