Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: W  4 ft at 4 seconds and S 3 ft at 6 seconds. Adjacent sounds and  rivers a moderate chop, increasing to choppy late this morning  and early afternoon, then increasing to rough late. Rain this  morning. A slight chance of tstms. Showers likely this afternoon.  TONIGHT  NW winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt. Seas 4 to  6 ft.
