Gusts up to 30 knots  decreasing to 20 knots. Patchy fog early in the evening. Snow  likely early in the evening, then slight chance of light freezing  drizzle and snow in the late evening and early morning. Waves  4 to 6 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet late in the night. Waves  occasionally to 7 feet.  MONDAY  West wind 5 to 10 knots. Gusts up to 20 knots early in  the morning. Mostly sunny. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  Southwest wind 5 to 10 knots. Rain likely with  possible snow and freezing rain after midnight. Waves 1 to  2 feet.  TUESDAY  West wind 5 to 10 knots becoming northwest 10 to  15 knots with gusts to around 20 knots in the afternoon.
