Heavy freezing  spray in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally to  8 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 20 to 25 knots. Gusts up to  30 knots in the evening. Heavy freezing spray. Chance of snow.  Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally to 8 feet.  FRIDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around  25 knots becoming west 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around  20 knots in the afternoon.
