Cloudy with  a slight chance of rain. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TODAY  Northeast wind 10 to 20 knots. A slight chance of rain  through mid morning, then rain by late morning. Waves building to  3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  TONIGHT  Northeast wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up  to 39 knots. Rain through midnight, then rain possibly mixed with  snow late. Waves building to 10 to 14 feet occasionally to  18 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North gales to 35 knots. Storm force gusts up to  48 knots. Snow possibly mixed with rain in the morning, then snow  in the afternoon. Waves building to 15 to 20 feet occasionally to  25 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  North gales to 35 knots backing northwest up  to 30 knots after midnight. Storm force gusts up to 48 knots.  Snow showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the evening,  then snow showers after midnight. Waves subsiding to 12 to  17 feet occasionally to 21 feet.    $$
