Snow. Freezing spray. Waves 9 to 12 feet  occasionally to 15 feet building to 10 to 14 feet occasionally to  18 feet.  TODAY  East wind up to 30 knots backing north 20 to 25 knots  late. Gale force gusts up to 39 knots. Snow through early  afternoon, then a chance of snow late. Freezing spray through the  day. Waves building to 11 to 15 feet occasionally to 19 feet,  then subsiding to 7 to 10 feet occasionally to 13 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 15 to 25 knots backing northwest 10 to  15 knots late. Mostly cloudy through midnight then becoming  partly cloudy. A slight chance of snow through midnight. Freezing  spray through midnight. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.  SATURDAY  West wind less than 10 knots backing southeast in the  afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.  SATURDAY NIGHT  Southeast wind 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy in  the evening, then mostly cloudy with a chance of snow after  midnight. Waves calm to 1 foot.    $$
