Snow  showers likely through mid morning, then a chance of snow showers  by late morning. Heavy freezing spray through the day. Waves  building to 10 to 14 feet occasionally to 18 feet, then subsiding  to 8 to 11 feet occasionally to 14 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots backing west 10 to  15 knots late.
