Snow.  Freezing spray. Waves 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet building  to 5 to 8 feet occasionally to 10 feet.  TODAY  East wind up to 30 knots backing north late. Gale force  gusts up to 40 knots. Snow. Freezing spray. Waves building to  8 to 11 feet occasionally to 14 feet, then subsiding to 6 to  9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 15 to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy through  midnight then becoming partly cloudy. A chance of snow through  late evening, then a slight chance of snow by midnight. Freezing  spray through the night. Waves subsiding to 3 to 5 feet  occasionally to 7 feet.  SATURDAY  North wind 5 to 15 knots backing south less than  10 knots in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves subsiding to 1 to  2 feet.  SATURDAY NIGHT  Southeast wind 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy in  the evening, then mostly cloudy with a chance of snow after  midnight. Waves calm to 1 foot.    $$
