Mostly cloudy.  A chance of snow by midnight, then a chance of snow showers late.  Freezing spray through the night. Waves 9 to 12 feet occasionally  to 15 feet subsiding to 6 to 9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest wind 10 to 20 knots backing southwest 10 to  15 knots late. Mostly cloudy. Freezing spray through mid morning.  A chance of snow showers through mid morning, then a slight  chance of snow showers by late morning. Waves subsiding to 2 to  3 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Southeast wind up to 30 knots with gale force  gusts up to 42 knots. Cloudy. A chance of snow in the evening,  then snow after midnight. Freezing spray after midnight. Waves  building to 6 to 9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.  FRIDAY  East wind up to 30 knots backing north in the  afternoon. Gale force gusts up to 40 knots. Snow.
