Snow showers  likely. Freezing spray. Waves 8 to 11 feet occasionally to  14 feet.  TODAY  North wind 20 to 25 knots backing west 15 to 20 knots  late. Cloudy. A chance of snow showers through mid morning.  Freezing spray through early afternoon. Waves subsiding to 3 to  5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots veering west late. Snow  showers. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet, then building to 3 to  6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  MONDAY  West wind 15 to 20 knots. Cloudy. A chance of snow  showers possibly mixed with rain showers in the morning, then a  slight chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Waves building to  4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 6 feet  occasionally to 8 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  West wind 10 to 15 knots backing south 10 to  20 knots after midnight.
