Mostly cloudy. A  slight chance of rain showers late. Waves 2 to 3 feet.  TONIGHT  East wind 10 to 20 knots veering southeast 20 to  25 knots by midnight, then veering south late. Gusts up to  32 knots. Showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms through  midnight, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms late. Waves  building to 2 to 4 feet.  MONDAY  South wind 15 to 20 knots veering southwest 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. Gusts up to 28 knots. Showers likely  and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning, then showers  and a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves subsiding  to 1 to 2 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  West wind less than 10 knots backing southwest  5 to 15 knots after midnight. Cloudy.
