Waves 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet subsiding  to 2 to 4 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest wind 20 to 25 knots veering west late. Snow  showers likely through late evening, then a chance of snow  showers by midnight. Snow showers likely late. Heavy freezing  spray by midnight.
