Cloudy. Waves  3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  TODAY  West wind 15 to 20 knots. Cloudy. Waves 3 to 6 feet  occasionally to 8 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest wind 10 to 15 knots backing south 10 to  20 knots by midnight. Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow showers  possibly mixed with rain showers late. Waves subsiding to 1 to  2 feet, then building to 2 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY  Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots veering west in the  afternoon. Gusts up to 27 knots. Snow showers possibly mixed with  rain showers in the morning, then rain showers and snow showers  in the afternoon. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet, then building  to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots veering north  gales to 35 knots with gale force gusts up to 45 knots after  midnight. Snow showers possibly mixed with rain showers in the  evening, then snow showers after midnight. Heavy freezing spray  after midnight.
