.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...North winds will
strengthen over the outer waters Wednesday, generating steep
short period seas. These gusty winds and steep waves will expand
into the southern inner waters Wednesday afternoon. Winds will
diminish temporarily late Thursday into Friday as a cold front
moves into the region. A moderate northwest swell will build
across all waters Friday night behind the cold front, followed by
a return of strong northerly winds and building seas this weekend.
