.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong north winds
will build by Thursday evening into Friday with gusts over 25 kts
in the southern waters. Winds will briefly push into the southern
inner waters this evening. Steep short period seas will build in
response. A persistent but minor mid period westerly swell will
complicate the sea state through the week. North winds will push
further offshore into the weekend.
