.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate to fresh
northerly winds will persist across the outer waters today,
supported by an onshore pressure gradient between an offshore high
and an inland thermal trough. Winds will surge to strong breeze to
near-gale force across the southern outer waters by Tuesday
morning. Seas will remain steep and wind-driven through mid-week
before a weak front approaches late Thursday.
