Mostly cloudy  with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 10 to 15 knots rising to 15 to 20 knots in  the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy through around  midnight then becoming mostly cloudy. Waves 3 to 4 feet building  to 3 to 5 feet early in the morning.  WEDNESDAY  Northeast wind 10 to 20 knots rising to 15 to  25 knots late in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Waves 4 to 6 feet  building to 5 to 7 feet in the late morning and afternoon.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northeast wind 15 to 20 knots veering east  late in the evening, then becoming east 15 to 20 knots after  midnight. Gusts up to 25 knots. Rain likely through around  midnight, then rain, freezing rain and slight chance of  thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 5 to 7 feet.  THURSDAY  East wind 15 to 20 knots veering southeast 15 to  25 knots early in the afternoon, then veering south late in the  afternoon. Slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning. Rain  through the day. Chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves  5 to 7 feet building to 6 to 8 feet in the afternoon.    $$
