Mostly cloudy.  Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots becoming 15 to 25 knots  early in the morning. Slight chance of snow through around  midnight, then chance of snow after midnight. Waves 1 to 2 feet  building to 2 to 4 feet after midnight.  SUNDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots. Gusts up to 30 knots.  Slight chance of snow in the morning, then chance of flurries in  the afternoon. Waves 3 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the  late morning and afternoon.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots veering north in  the late evening and overnight. Gusts up to 35 knots. Heavy  freezing spray through the night. slight chance of snow through  the night. Waves 4 to 6 feet building to 6 to 8 feet.    Wave heights are for ice free areas.    $$
