Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots becoming 15 to 25 knots  late in the evening, then becoming southwest 15 to 25 knots after  midnight rising to up to 30 knots early in the morning. Heavy  freezing spray after midnight. chance of snow after midnight.  Waves 1 to 2 feet building to 5 to 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Southwest wind up to 30 knots easing to 15 to  25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots late in the morning, then  becoming southwest 15 to 25 knots early in the afternoon becoming  15 to 20 knots late in the afternoon. Heavy freezing spray in the  morning. snow likely in the morning, then chance of snow in the  afternoon. Waves 5 to 7 feet subsiding to 4 to 6 feet in the  afternoon.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  West wind 15 to 20 knots easing to 10 to  15 knots with gusts to around 20 knots late in the evening, then  veering northwest after midnight rising to 15 to 20 knots early  in the morning.
