Scattered flurries early in the afternoon.  Isolated snow showers late in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 4 feet.  TONIGHT  West wind up to 30 knots veering northwest after  midnight. Scattered flurries through around midnight. Waves 3 to  4 feet.  FRIDAY  Northwest wind up to 30 knots easing to 15 to 25 knots  early in the afternoon, then becoming 15 to 20 knots late in the  afternoon. Scattered flurries in the morning. Waves 3 to 4 feet.  FRIDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots easing to 10 to  15 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy through around midnight  then becoming mostly cloudy.
