Partly cloudy. Waves 3 to  4 feet.  TODAY  North wind 5 to 15 knots becoming 5 to 10 knots late in  the morning, then veering east early in the afternoon becoming  southeast 10 to 15 knots late in the afternoon. Chance of snow  late in the afternoon. Waves around 1 foot.  TONIGHT  Southeast wind 10 to 20 knots becoming east 15 to  25 knots late in the evening, then rising to up to 30 knots after  midnight rising to gales to 35 knots early in the morning. Chance  of snow through around midnight, then snow, rain and light sleet  after midnight. Waves 1 to 2 feet building to 9 to 11 feet.  SUNDAY  Southeast gales to 35 knots easing to up to 30 knots  late in the morning, then backing east early in the afternoon  backing northeast late in the afternoon. Rain likely in the  morning, then rain in the afternoon. Waves 10 to 13 feet.  SUNDAY NIGHT  North gales to 40 knots. Gusts up to 50 knots.  Freezing rain and slight chance of snow through around midnight.  Rain through the night. Snow after midnight. freezing spray after  midnight. Waves 12 to 16 feet.    $$
