Patchy fog in  the late evening and early morning. Areas of fog toward daybreak.  Isolated showers and thunderstorms late in the evening. Scattered  showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less.  MONDAY  Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots. Gusts up to 20 knots in  the afternoon. Patchy fog in the morning. Scattered rain showers  and isolated thunderstorms in the morning. Waves 1 to 2 feet  building to 1 to 3 feet in the afternoon.  MONDAY NIGHT  Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy.  Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding to 1 to 2 feet in the late evening  and overnight.  TUESDAY  Northeast wind 20 to 25 knots. Mostly sunny. Waves  1 to 2 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the late morning and  afternoon. A small craft advisory may be needed.    $$
