Freezing spray  early in the evening. Snow likely early in the evening. Chance of  snow in the late evening and overnight. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves  occasionally to 7 feet.  MONDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots. Gusts up to 25 knots in  the morning. Chance of snow. Waves 3 to 5 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots. Chance of snow in  the evening, then chance of flurries after midnight. Waves 2 to  4 feet. A small craft advisory may be needed.  TUESDAY  Northwest wind 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around  20 knots easing to 5 to 10 knots with gusts to around 20 knots in  the late morning and afternoon.
