Sunny. Waves 1 to 3 feet  building to 4 to 6 feet in the late morning and afternoon. Waves  occasionally to 7 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest wind 20 to 25 knots. Mostly clear. Waves  4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally to 8 feet.  SATURDAY  West wind 15 to 20 knots. Gusts up to 30 knots.  Sunny. Waves 4 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet late in the  afternoon. Waves occasionally to 8 feet.  SATURDAY NIGHT  West wind 10 to 15 knots. Slight chance of  rain, light freezing rain and snow after midnight. Waves 2 feet  or less.    $$
