Cloudy with  a chance of rain showers possibly mixed with sleet. Patchy fog.  Waves 5 to 8 feet occasionally to 10 feet building to 6 to 9 feet  occasionally to 11 feet.  TODAY  Northwest wind up to 30 knots. Partly cloudy. A slight  chance of snow showers by late morning. Waves building to 9 to  12 feet occasionally to 15 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots. Partly cloudy through  late evening then becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of snow  showers. Waves subsiding to 7 to 10 feet occasionally to 13 feet.  SUNDAY  Northwest wind 20 to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance  of flurries in the morning.
