Cloudy with  a chance of snow showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 2 to  3 feet.  TONIGHT  West wind 15 to 20 knots veering northwest 20 to  25 knots by midnight. Gusts up to 32 knots. Scattered rain  showers possibly mixed with snow showers through late evening,  then rain showers by midnight. Waves building to 7 to 10 feet  occasionally to 13 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Northwest wind up to 30 knots. Cloudy. Numerous rain  showers through mid morning, then scattered rain showers by late  morning. Waves building to 9 to 12 feet occasionally to 15 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots. Cloudy.  Scattered rain showers in the evening, then isolated rain showers  possibly mixed with snow showers after midnight. Waves subsiding  to 7 to 10 feet occasionally to 13 feet.  THURSDAY  West wind 15 to 25 knots. Partly cloudy. Isolated  rain showers in the morning.
