Cloudy with a  chance of rain showers possibly mixed with snow showers. Waves  3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots veering north by  midnight. Gale force gusts up to 39 knots. Rain showers and snow  showers likely through late evening, then snow showers by  midnight. Heavy freezing spray by midnight. Waves building to  15 to 20 feet occasionally to 25 feet.  WEDNESDAY  North wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up  to 39 knots. Snow showers likely through early afternoon, then a  chance of snow showers late. Heavy freezing spray through the  day. Waves subsiding to 10 to 14 feet occasionally to 18 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  North wind up to 30 knots diminishing to 15 to  25 knots after midnight. Cloudy with a chance of snow showers.  Heavy freezing spray. Waves subsiding to 3 to 6 feet occasionally  to 8 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest wind 10 to 15 knots backing southwest 10 to  20 knots in the afternoon. Cloudy.
