Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain Exacerbate Ongoing Flooding; Cold and Wintry Continue Out West

A developing wave will bring a threat of severe thunderstorms Saturday from the Arklatex area to the Middle Mississippi Valley; and may produce tornadoes, damaging winds, and large hail; including potential for significant tornadoes and very large hail.
