Complex Storm System to bring Wintry Impacts and Potential Flooding

A complex storm system will bring significant impacts to much of the Central and Southern Plains tonight through the holiday weekend. Significant accumulations of ice and snow will bring dangerous travel conditions and potential power outages to West Texas and portions of Oklahoma. Further east, four to eight inches of rain could cause river and flash flooding from north central Texas to Arkansas.
