Major flooding continues along several rivers in South Carolina

Moderate to major flooding will continue this weekend in South Carolina, resulting from last weekend's rain combined with new rain this weekend. Rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches, with locally heavier amounts, are possible. New rainfall could slow the recession rate of current flood levels, or in some cases lead to additional river rises.
