Severe weather threat returns to the southern Plains on Sunday

Severe weather is possible on Sunday across a large portion of the southern Plains. Large to very large hail and damaging winds are the primary threats although isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out. The Storm Prediction Center has highlighted an area of Slight Risk for the area most likely to see severe weather.
