.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
slowly press SE across the region today and tonight while
weakening, and will dissipate across the Oregon waters Mon. A
weak trough will move into the region Mon night and Tue. High
pressure will build N into the area Tue night into Wed night,
then persist through Thu night. A trough will extend N along the
SW Oregon coast Wed through Thu night.
